Shipping Policy

We currently ship orders within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping method and carrier selection are at our discretion and may vary depending on package size, destination, and availability.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimated by USPS and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other factors outside of our control. Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days after being shipped.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact USPS directly using the tracking information provided. If you believe your order is lost, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
